针对两工件焊接的变位机结构设计与分析 被引量:2

摘要 目前自动化焊接变位机大多只实现一种焊接件的焊接变位,当对两种工件进行焊接变位时,需要多台变位机协调配合进行变位操作,从而导致焊接效率低且成本高。为解决该问题,对一种新型焊接变位机进行结构设计和分析,该焊接专用变位机可以对两个工件进行旋转切换工位,通过两并排设置的专用焊接装夹机构、转动副、三台驱动机构的配合,可实现两个工件组件的拼装焊接、两个工件组件的单独变位和同步变位,经SolidWorks校核及分析,其结构满足要求,并通过试验验证了该变位机可有效提升生产效率及产能的结论。 Most kinds of welding positioners at present are aim at welding position-change of one workment.Therefore,two or more positioners are required to coordinate and perform the displacement operation if welding and position-change are related to more than one workments.And this leads to low welding efficiency and high cost.In order to solve this problem,this paper designed and analyzed a new type of welding positioner,which can realize rotational position-change,assembling and welding,independent and synchronous position-chan ge of two workments by coordination among two abreast welding clamping mechanisms,revolute joint and driving mechanism.SolidWorks analysis results show that its structure meets the requirements.And it is proved by tests that it can effectively improve production efficiency and productivity.
