摘要 根据高温合金导管全位置自动焊的工艺特点,分析焊接过程中焊缝易产生未熔合、未焊透、焊缝凹陷等常见焊接缺陷的原因,制定了相应的焊接工艺方案和避免产生焊接缺陷的措施,进行工艺试验验证以及产品实物焊接,所有焊缝经过非破坏性试验(外观检查、内窥检查、射线检测、液压气密试验)和破坏性试验(机械性能试验和金相分析),焊缝质量均满足相应标准要求,保证了产品质量,提高了车间生产效率。使得高温合金导管全位置自动焊工艺取代传统手工氩弧焊工艺成为必然的发展趋势。 According to the technological characteristics of all-position automatic welding of superalloy conduit,the causes of common welding defects such as non-fusion,non-penetration and weld depression were analyzed,the corresponding welding process plan and the measures to avoid welding defects were formulated,the process test was carried out to verify and the product was welded in kind,all welds were subjected to non-destructive tests(appearance inspection,endoscopy inspection,X-ray inspection,hydraulic airtight test)anddestructivetest(mechanicalperformancetestandmetallographicanalysis),andthequalityofweldsmetthecorrespondingstandard requirements,guaranteed product quality and improved workshop production efficiency.It is an inevitable trend to replace the traditional manual argon arc welding process for all-position automatic welding of superalloy conduits.
