警察心理咨询中“价值中立”原则的适用探究

警察心理咨询工作的主要内容之一就是做好对警察的心理疏导。源自西方人本主义心理学派的"价值中立"原则提倡在咨询过程中不评价、不指导、不干预,但是由于公安工作的特殊性,这一原则很难完全适用于警察心理咨询。客观地看待"价值中立"原则的价值,在咨询过程中辩证地使用"价值中立"和"价值干预",对警察心理的健康发展、警察人力资源的有效利用、公安工作的顺利进行都具有重要作用。

One of the main contents of police counseling work is to do a good job of psychological counseling for the police.The principle of“value neutrality”derived from the Western humanistic psychology advocates not evaluating,guiding or intervening in the consultation process,but due to the particularity of public security work,this principle is difficult to fully apply to police counseling.Objectively considering the value of the principle of“value neutrality”and dialectically using“value neutrality”and“value intervention”in the consultation process is of great importance for the healthy development of police psychology,the effective use of police human resources and the smooth progress of public security work.
