新时代,中国军事外交战略功能可进行三个层面的阐释:国际战略层面,确立全球治理下军事安全合作机制的新模式,将中国发展的红利分享给世界各国,为构建人类命运共同体做贡献;国家利益层面,推动建立以合作共赢为核心的新型国际关系,发展广泛的伙伴关系,实现中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦";军队现代化建设层面,深刻认识把握"把人民军队全面建成世界一流军队"的参照系,在紧跟新军事变革步伐建设世界一流军队。

In the new era,the strategic functions of China's military diplomacy can be interpreted at three levels:the international strategic level--to establish a new model of military security cooperation mechanism under global governance,sharing the dividends of China s development with all other countries in the world,and contributing to the construction of a community of human destiny;the national interest level-to promote the establishment of new cooperative international relations with win-win results as the core,to develop a wide range of partnerships and to realize the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;the level of the modernization of the army--to build a world-class army in keeping up with the pace of new military changes in light of the target system of building the people's army into a world-class army in an all-round way.
