摘要
目的探讨低氧条件下藏、汉、回3个民族2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者内脂素的表达情况。方法将176例T2DM患者作为观察组,181名健康体检者为对照组。比较观察组与对照组间的内脂素水平的差异,及观察组不同民族患者间内脂素、尿酸(UA)、体质指数(BMI)、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、腰围、糖化血红蛋白、舒张压、收缩压水平的差异。分析观察组患者内脂素水平与UA、BMI、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、腰围水平的相关性,以及观察组不同民族患者内脂素水平与UA、BMI、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平的相关性。结果观察组内脂素水平高于对照组,其中回族患者内脂素、收缩压、舒张压、BMI、腰围、TG水平高于汉族和藏族,UA水平高于汉族(均P <0. 05);观察组患者内脂素水平与UA、腰围、TG水平呈正相关,与HDL-C水平呈负相关(均P <0. 05),其中不同民族患者内脂素水平与TG、UA水平均呈正相关,汉族患者内脂素水平与HDL-C水平呈负相关(均P <0. 05)。结论低氧条件下,藏族、汉族、回族T2DM患者UA、血脂及内脂素水平存在差异,且内脂素与UA、腰围、HDL-C存在一定的相关性并具有民族特点。
Objective To investigate the expression of visfatin under hypoxic condition in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2 DM) of Tibetan,Han and Hui nationalities. Methods One hundred and seventy-six patients with T2 DM were enrolled as observation group,and 181 healthy check-up people as control group. The visfatin levels were compared between the observation group and the control group,and the indices of the patients of different nationalities in the observation group were compared as well,including the levels of visfatin,uric acid( UA),body mass index( BMI),TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,waist circumference,hemoglobin A1 c,DBP and SBP. The correlation of visfatin level with the levels of UA,BMI,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and waist circumference was analyzed among the patients in the observation group,and the correlation of visfatin level with the levels of UA,BMI,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C was analyzed among the patients of different nationalities in the observation group. Results The level of visfatin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),the levels of visfatin,SBP,DBP,BMI,waist circumference and TG in the patients of Hui nationality were higher than those in the patients of Tibetan and Han nationalities,and the level of UA in the patients of Hui nationality was higher than that in the patients of Han nationality( all P < 0. 05). In the observation group,the level of visfatin positively correlated with the levels of UA,waist circumference and TG,but negatively correlated with the level of HDL-C( all P < 0. 05),the level of visfatin positively correlated with the levels of TG and UA in the patients of different nationalities,while the level of visfatin negatively correlated with the level of HDL-C in the patients of Han nationality( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Under hypoxic condition,difference in the UA,blood lipid and visfatin levels exists among the T2 DM patients of Tibetan,Han and Hui nationalities,and visfatin has a definite correlation with UA,waist circumference and HDL-C with national characteristics.
