随着新时代民营经济的迅猛发展、社会主义市场经济的深入发展,民营企业的党组织建设问题,事关党的阶级基础、群众基础、社会基础和执政基础,事关党和国家的政治体系、政治文化、政治发展,事关民营企业主新阶层的政治参与,不仅是一个经济问题,而是中国特色社会主义民主政治建设的一个亟待解决的重要课题。全面、客观、准确地评价党组织在民营企业管理和发展中的政治地位,进一步加强党在非公经济的政治建设、组织建设和思想建设,为民营经济的发展创造一个更加有利的、公平的社会环境和政治环境。

With the rapid development of private economy and the further development of socialist market economy in the new era,theparty organization construction of private enterprises is related to the class foundation,mass foundation,social foundation and ruling foundation of the party;the political system,political culture and political development of the party and the state;and the political participation of the new class of private enterprises.This is not only an economic problem,but an important issue to be solved urgently in the construction of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics.We should evaluate the political position of party organization in the management and development of private enterprises in a comprehensive,objective and accurate way,further strengthen the party's political construction,organizational construction and ideological construction in the non-public economy,and create a favorable and fair social environment and political environment for the development of the private economy.
