基于协同管理的视角,利用信息化技术解决科研经费报销管理过程中的业务协同以及信息共享问题,研究业务处理过程中业务事件、指令、数据等各要素的作用及其关系,提出业务协同体的概念,给出业务协同体模型,构建一体化业务协同的体系架构,为业务协同处理提供理论及技术支持。

Based on the perspective of collaborative management,information technology is used to solve the problem of business collaboration and information sharing in the process of scientific research funds reimbursement management.The role and relationship of business events,instructions,data and other elements in the process of business processing are studied.The concept of business collaboration is put forward,and the business collaboration model is given.Business collaboration system model and cooperative architecture are established,which provides theoretical and technical support for collaborative business process.
