摘要
以粉煤灰为对比,用掺量为0%、10%、15%和25%的钢渣分别加入到矿渣混凝土中,通过对混凝土的基本力学、工作性能、抗碳化、抗裂、抗氯离子渗透及收缩进行试验,研究了钢渣掺量对矿渣混凝土性能的影响情况。研究结果表明,钢渣对矿渣混凝土后期强度增长的影响程度弱于粉煤灰;掺量在低于25%时,钢渣不影响混凝土的粘聚性、保水性和坍落度值;掺量达到25%时,钢渣能够改善矿渣混凝土的抗裂、抗渗透及收缩性能,但会降低混凝土的抗碳化性能。综合考虑掺入钢渣矿渣混凝土物理力学及耐久性能,认为矿渣混凝土中钢渣的最佳掺量为15%。
In this paper,it was compared with fly ash,by using the content of 0%,10%,15% and 25% of steel slag and added them into slag concrete separately,through the tests of basic mechanics,working performance,anti-carbonization,anti-cracking,anti-chloride ion penetration and shrinkage of concrete,the influence of steel slag content on the properties of slag concrete was studied.The tests result indicate that the influence of steel slag on the strength growth of the slag concrete at later stage is weaker than that of fly ash; When the content of steel slag is less than 25%,it does not affect the cohesion,water retention and slump of concrete; when the content of steel slag is up to 25%,it can improve the crack resistance,permeability resistance and shrinkage of slag concrete,but it can reduce the carbonation resistance of concrete.Considering the physical mechanics and durability of slag concrete,the optimum content of steel slag in slag concrete is 15%.
