首钢迁钢公司氧气管网优化运行系统的开发与应用

摘要 首钢迁钢公司制氧生产单元针对氧气管网运行中存在的问题,为实现空分氧气平衡生产供应,进一步降低氧气放散率和后备系统液氧消耗,结合公司生产信息数据库,开展了炼钢转炉用氧预测、氧气管网压力预测、空分产量优化技术研究,开发完成了氧气管网优化运行系统,并在实际应用中取得了较好的效果,提高了空分运行经济效益。 Aiming at the problems existing in the operation of oxygen pipeline network in Qian'an Steel Corp,Shougang AG,in order to realize balanced production and supply of oxygen in air separation,further reduce oxygen release rate and liquid oxygen consumption in reserve system,combining with the production information database of the company,the research on oxygen prediction for steelmaking converter,oxygen pipe network pressure forecasting and air separation production optimization technology.The oxygen pipe network optimization operation system has been developed and achieved good results in practical application,and the economic benefits of air separation operation have been improved.
