摘要
建立了一种新型氧气渗透管在分析高纯氦中杂质的应用方法,安装该渗透管专门解决气相色谱仪器对微量氧气分析时吸氧的问题。通过安装此设备,可以提高仪器对微量氧气分析的灵敏度和稳定性。
An application method of analysis for high-purity gases by a new permeation tube was set up,intending to solve the problem of the oxygen adsorption in gas chromatography.Equipped with this tube,the sensitivity and stability of the instrument was improved when analyzing trace oxygen.
