摘要
以C30、C40普通混凝土为基准,以页岩陶粒取代率为10%、20%、30%配制少陶粒混凝土,然后对其进行耐久性能试验。结果表明:C30、C40混凝土的抗碳化性能、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能随陶粒取代率的增加呈先增强后降低的变化趋势,其抗氯离子渗透性能则随取代率的增加而增强,且C40少陶粒混凝土比C30少陶粒混凝土的耐久性更好; C30、C40普通混凝土在陶粒取代率为10%时,碳化深度最小,电通量降低最大,在保证强度提高的同时抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能也最好。
Based on the common concrete of C30 and C40,less ceramic concrete was prepared with shale ceramic substitution rate of 10%,20%and 30%,and then the durability test was carried out.The results showed that the carbonization resistance and sulfate resistance of C30 and C40 concrete increased first and then decreased with the increase of ceramic substitution rate,and the anti-chloride ion permeability was enhanced with the increase of substitution rate,and the durability of C40 less ceramic concrete was better than that of C30 less ceramic concrete.When the replacement ratio of C30 and C40 ordinary concrete is 10%,the carbonation depth is the smallest,the electric flux decreases the largest,and the sulfate corrosion resistance is also the best while the strength is improved.
