煤矿采空区建筑新型筏板基础抗变形研究 被引量:1

摘要 为改进煤矿采空区建筑所用筏板基础结构形式,以山西晋城某稳定采空区拟建小区为例,提出一种适用于煤矿采空区建筑的新型抗变形筏板基础,利用FLAC 3D软件从不同角度对新型抗变形筏板基础的抗变形机理进行分析。研究结果表明:加褥垫层能很好地调节地基的不均匀沉降,但也并非褥垫层越厚越好;新型抗变形筏板基础采用双层钢筋混凝土板结构形式调节地基和建筑物的不均匀沉降效果更好;合理的双层结构及褥垫层厚度可以最大限度调节不均匀沉降,保证建筑物安全。 In order to improve the form of raft Foundation used in coal mine goaf building,taking the proposed community of a stable goaf in Jincheng,Shanxi province as an example,a new type of anti-deformation raft Foundation suitable for coal mine goaf building is proposed,and the anti-deformation mechanism of the new anti-deformation Raft Foundation is analyzed from different angles by using FLAC 3D software.The results show that the cushioning can adjust the uneven settlement of the foundation well,but it is not the thicker the better.The new double-layer reinforced concrete slab structure is used to adjust the foundation.And the uneven settlement effect of the building is better;the reasonable double-layer structure and the thickness of the cushion layer can adjust the uneven settlement to the maximum extent and ensure the safety of the building.
