生物滤池与A^2O-MBR工艺产泥特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 污水处理工艺对污泥的产率、含水率、脱水药剂药耗均有着重大影响,继而影响污泥后续处理处置和运营成本。本文以南方某城市污水处理厂生物滤池工艺、A^2O-MBR工艺产泥为研究对象,分析对比了两种工艺的产泥率、脱水污泥含水率以及脱水絮凝剂PAM的消耗率。结果表明:生物滤池工艺产泥率明显高于A^2O-MBR工艺,且其污泥脱水性能呈现出明显的季节性变化特征,A^2O-MBR工艺脱水药剂PAM消耗量显著低于生物滤池工艺。 Wastewater treatment process has significant impact on sludge production rate,sludge-water content and PAM consumption rate which had impact on the subsequent sludge treatment and operating costs.In this paper,contrastive study on sludge production rate,sludge-water content and PAM consumption rate from bio-filter and A^2O-MBR was made.The results displayed that the sludge production rate of biofilter was apparently higher than the sludge production rate of A^2O-MBR.And Sludge dewatering performance of biofilter showed obvious seasonal variation characteristics,but A^2O-MBR did not show obvious seasonal variation characteristics.PAM consumption rate of A^2/O-MBR was significantly lower than the biofilter process.
