摘要
采用超声波辅助水提醇沉法从禹白附中获得多糖粗提物,通过对其进行脱脂、除蛋白、脱色、除小分子物质后进行抗氧化及抗菌活性研究。结果表明:禹白附中多糖含量为1. 76%,随着多糖质量浓度的增高,多糖提取物对Fe3+的还原能力及对ABTS+和·OH的清除能力逐渐增强;但同样质量浓度下与Vc抗氧化活性相比,禹白附中多糖的还原能力及自由基的清除能力较弱,150~300 mg/m L多糖提物对大肠杆菌有抑菌作用。禹白附中多糖具有较好的抗氧化及抑菌能力,是一种新型天然抗氧化及抑菌物质的来源。
Polysaccharide from rhizoma typhonii was obtained by ultrasonic-assisted water extraction-alcohol precipitation method in the study.After the crude extractions conducted successively degreasing,deprotein,decoloring,removing small molecules,antioxidant activity and antimicrobial activity were studied.The results show that the polysaccharide content from rhizoma typhonii was 1.76%.With the increasing concentration of polysaccharide,scavenging ability of polysaccharides on the reducing power of Fe3+and ABTS+and·OH increased;however,compared with the antioxidant activity from Vc,rhizoma typhonii had weaker antioxidant activity on reducing power and radical scavenging ability under the same concentration.150~300 mg/mL polysaccharide extract has inhibitory effects on E.coli.In a word,rhizoma typhonii has good antioxidant and antibacterial ability and is a new kind of natural antioxidant and antibacterial sources.
