复合岩层地质下硬岩隧道掘进机滚刀布局方法 被引量:9

摘要 为了减少滚刀的换刀次数,提高隧道掘进机在复合岩层地质下掘进时的施工效率,针对复合岩石地层中刀盘滚刀磨损程度不同且所受载荷不均匀的特点,提出基于等磨损速率的正滚刀极径设计方法.以秦岭隧道TB880E实际施工记录的数据为实例,得出滚刀的等磨损速率方差相对降低了10.45%;结合刀盘盘体载荷的分布特性,提出基于刀盘受载均匀的多螺旋线旋转分区域极角设计方法.分析随机型刀盘、等速螺旋线型刀盘、多螺旋线型刀盘在复合地质条件下刀盘滚刀的磨损速率方差、倾覆力矩、径向不平衡力和质心偏斜量.结果表明,8条螺旋线型刀盘滚刀的布置性能综合最优. The characteristics of unequal wear and uneven load of the cutter-head under mixed-face rock ground were analyzed in order to reduce the number of cutter changes and improve the construction efficiency of tunnel boring machine (TBM) in mixed-face rock ground. A design method of the cutters' diameter based on equal wear rate was proposed. The actual construction record data of TB880E driven in Qin-ling Mountains tunnel was taken as an example. Results showed that the variance of the equal wear rate was reduced by 10.45%. A new method of polar angle design with multi-helices partitioned was proposed based on the distribution characteristics of cutter load. Then the wear rate variance, overturning moment, unbalanced radial force and centroid deviation of several TBM cutterheads which have different cutters’ layout design, including random, constant helix and multi-helices were analyzed. Results show that eight helices layout design is a comprehensive optimal solution.
