高职院校来华印尼留学生跨文化适应研究——以苏州国际教育园为例 被引量:3

摘要 印尼留学生来苏高职院校学习,为学校的教育模式带来了新的发展。但是,受到留学生生活习惯、思维方式、风俗文化等多方面因素的影响,当前,仍存在较为突出的跨文化适应问题。文章以苏州国际教育园内高职院校印尼留学生为例,通过调查其在社会文化、心理和学术三个方面的跨文化适应情况,采取实地访谈与问卷调查方式,探究影响其在苏学习的跨文化适应影响因素,针对这些因素,提出一些促进高职院校留学生跨文化适应的建议和对策。 Indonesian students studying in Jiangsu vocational colleges has brought new development to the school's educational mode.However,influenced by the living habits,thinking patterns,customs and culture of foreign students,there are still prominent problems of cross-cultural adaptation.Taking the Indonesian students in higher vocational colleges in Suzhou International Education Park as an example,this paper investigates their cross-cultural adaptation in three aspects:social culture,psychology and academia,using the methods of interviews and questionnaire survey,which tries to explore the influencing factors of their cross-cultural adaptation in studying in Suzhou,and to put forward some suggestion and countermeasures for intercultural adaptation of overseas students.
