摘要
团队的培育类似于精英教育,不再是大众化的教育模式。其人员选拔,项目布置,能力要求,任务考核,指导教师都对团队有着严格的要求和目标考核制度。学员在团队中根据各自的特点进行分工协作,自由发挥,教师从旁协助,让学生受到了实践创新和工程素养要求等各方面的锻炼。从一个团队两个小组的培育结果来看,每个人的特点得到充分的发挥,并取得了丰硕的成果,从专利申报、学科竞赛、论文撰写三个方面得到了训练,每个成员都已经基本具备了社会工程实践的能力。
The cultivation of the team is similar to the elite education, is no longer a popular education model. Instructors have a strict system of requirements including objectives assessment at aspects of personnel selection, project arrangement, ability requirements and task assessment. According to their own characteristics of the division of labor, every student can freely show their performance with teacher's assistance and can be trained in terms of practical innovation and engineering literacy. From the outcome of a team of two groups to cultivating, each person's characteristics are fully played, and fruitful results have been achieved. Each member of team has basic ability to have social engineering practice via the training of patent filing, subject competition and thesis writing.
