“基础课翻转课堂教学实效性研究”调查报告——以模拟法庭为例 被引量:1

摘要 翻转课堂作为一种教学模式和教学理念的创新,只有在适当的条件下、针对合适的课程才能够发挥最佳效果。思想道德修养与法律基础课的法律部分教育的目标和方式总体上与翻转课堂的理念和优势相契合,引入这种教学模式有利于培养学生法律思维能力和实践能力。翻转课堂不仅需要创新教学流程和教学内容,还需要改革评价标准,加强师生交流互动,做到教师、学生、内容、媒体、环境等多种因素的良好配合。 As an innovation of teaching mode and teaching concept, flipped classroom can give full play to its best effect only under suitable conditions and in accordance with the appropriate curriculum. The goal and method of the part of law education in ideological and moral cultivation and basic law course are generally consistent with the idea and advantages of the flipped classroom. The introduction of this teaching mode is conducive to the cultivation of students' legal thinking ability and practical ability. Flipping the classroom not only needs to innovate the teaching process and teaching content, but also needs to reform the evaluation criteria, strengthen the interaction between teachers and students, so that teachers, students, content, media, environment and other factors can be well coordinated.
