摘要
由于工程伦理问题本身具有实践性强和复杂度高的特点,因而决定了工程伦理教育的实践指向性以及实施的难度。文章以促进工程伦理教育的实践指向性为目标导向,研究《工程伦理》的课程建设问题,首先提出了课程建设的基本内容,接下来,通过分析如何以不断提升教师个人的工程伦理素养为动力进行团队建设以及采取以问题探究为导向的课程建设模式,进一步提出保证课程建设顺利开展的关键实施方案。
Because of strong practicality and high complexity, it determines the practical orientation and the difficulty of implementation of engineering ethics education. This paper aims at promoting the practical orientation of engineering ethics education and studies the curriculum construction of Engineering Ethics. Firstly, it puts forward the basic content of curriculum construction in the context of answering the basic questions. Then, it analyzes how to raise it constantly according to team building and the curriculum construction model guided by problem-based exploration is adopted. The key implementation schemes to ensure the smooth development of curriculum construction is put forward.
