摘要
《生物信息学》课程教学是生物类学科的重要基础课程,为解决传统课程教学中存在的问题,探索了蓝墨云班课辅助翻转课堂的教学模式,以期提升授课效果和学生综合技能。结合翻转课堂的发展现状,提出以学生为主体的教学过程应突出全过程考核的建议,并借助于蓝墨云班课的课上活动推送和过程考核辅助翻转课堂教学模式。形成蓝墨云辅助翻转课堂教学模式在《生物信息学》课程教学的设计实施措施,建立适于学生学习的课前、课中和课后三位一体的教学新模式,达到提升授课效果的目的。
Bioinformatics course is an important basic curriculum for undergraduate students in biology major. In order to solve the problems in traditional teaching, the flipped classroom model assisted by the Moso-teach method was discussed to improve the teaching effect and comprehensive technique for the students. According to the flipped classroom status, the whole process assessment during the teaching time was present to suggest with student-centered style and the Moso-teach method was assisted to build a novel model for their characteristics of activity push and process assessment. Design and practice were applied in the bioinformatics course on the base of the flipped classroom model by the Moso-teach method and Three-in-One style was also built during the pre-, middle-, and post-class, respectively, in which those methods could enhance the teaching effect.
