摘要
以乙醇为溶剂,利用液相还原法制备不同比例的钴镍复合纳米颗粒,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、振动样品磁强器(VSM)等仪器对产物进行表征,考察了复合材料的结构和磁性能。结果表明:通过优化条件,可以成功制备不同比例的钴镍复合纳米晶,该纳米晶的磁性随着钴含量的增加呈现规律性的变化,该材料有望成为一种新型的磁性材料和微波吸收材料。
The different proportions of cobalt-nickel nanoparticle were synthesized via a facile and chemical route in ethanol solvent.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction、SEM and VSM.The results indicated that different proportions of cobalt-nickel nanoparticle can be successfully synthesized via conditions optimization.The magnetic properties of samples present regular changes with the increase of cobalt content.This Co-Ni nanoparticle is promising to be a new kind of magnetic and microwave absorbing materials.
