摘要
在简要介绍目前汽车所装备的电子稳定控制系统(ESC)的功能、组成、工作原理及国内外测试评价方法的基础上,依据ECE R13H法规标准对3款国产SUV匹配国外某生产厂家的ESC系统的性能进行了测试与评价。测试结果表明,因不同车型的整车参数、发动机参数及悬架特性的差异导致同一品牌型号的ESC会体现不同的控制能力,且国内SUV的ESC系统匹配较差,同时指出了目前在乘用车ESC测试与评价方面存在的问题并提出建议,为相关零部件生产商进一步提高系统安全性与稳定性的设计提供技术参考。
The test and evaluation of three indigenous SUVs which matched ESC made in a foreign manufacturer is presented according to the standard ECE R13H on the basis of simply introducing the function,components,working principle,and test and evaluation methods at home and abroad on electronic stability control system(ESC)equipped on the vehicles.The test results show that the same brand of ESC can reflect different control ability due to the difference of vehicle parameters,engine parameters and suspension characteristics among different vehicle types.The ESC matching of domestic SUV is poor,and some suggestions are given on the vehicle ESC performance test and evaluation,which provides the reference for suppliers to further improve the design of the system stability and security.
