基于无刷电机的EPS控制器设计

摘要 针对电动助力转向系统快速性和稳定性要求,在研究管柱式EPS控制系统助力工况的基础上,设计了无刷电机的转矩控制策略,开发了基于DSP微控制器TMS320F2811的汽车电动助力转向系统控制器,并在现有的试验台架上进行了转向助力实验。实验结果表明,该控制策略能够明显降低稳态误差,提高电机的响应时间,且转矩对称性在90%以上,能够提供较为理想的电机助力。 Based on the research on the power-assisted working condition of the control system of the tubular EPS,the torque control strategy is designed for the speed and stability requirements of the electric power steering system.The electric power steering system controller based on DSP microcontroller TMS320F2811 was developed,and the experiment was carried out on the existing test bench.The experimental results show that the torque control strategy is effective,the response of the motor is fast,and the torque symmetry is above 90%,which can provide more ideal motor power.
