基于扎根理论的航空港经济区发展影响因素研究

A Study on Influencing Factors of Airport Economic Zone Development Based on Grounded Theory

运用扎根理论对国外发展相对成熟的4个航空港经济区进行多案例分析,对其发展历程进行开放性编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,研究发现了影响航空港经济区发展的9项重要因素,构建了由"先导因素—内生因素—外生因素"3个维度构成的航空港经济区发展的影响因素模型,并进一步揭示出先导因素是航空港经济区发展的前提条件,内生因素是影响航空港经济区发展的关键要素,外生因素是贯穿航空港经济区发展过程的重要保障。

Based on grounded theory,this paper makes a multi-case analysis of the four economic zones developed abroad,and carries on the open coding,the spindle coding and the selective coding for the development of the four economic zones.Nine important factors influencing the development of the airport economic zone are found,and a model of the influencing factors of the development of the airport economic zone is constructed,which is composed of three dimensions:leading factor,endogenous factor and exogenous factor.It is further revealed that the leading factor is the prerequisite for the development of the airport economic zone,the endogenous factor is the key factor affecting the development of the airport economic zone,and the exogenous factor is the important guarantee throughout the development process of the airport economic zone.
