在线黏度测量在合成树脂行业中应用越来越广泛,黏度的测量方法很多,在实际生产中,在线和实验室黏度测量方法也会有不同。从黏度测量方法和流变学的角度出发,对在线黏度和实验室黏度测量的方法、结合流变学进行分析、实际安装实测数据案例进行分析,相应提出在线黏度和实验室黏度测量数据转换的方案。

The online viscosity measurement is becoming more and more widely used in the synthetic resin industry. There are many methods for measuring viscosity. In actual production, there will be different methods for measuring viscosity on line and in laboratory. In this paper, from the angle of viscosity measurement and rheology, the method of on-line viscosity and laboratory viscosity measurement, analysis with rheology and actual installation of measured data are analyzed, and the solution of on-line viscosity and laboratory viscosity measurement data conversion is submitted accordingly.
