德国应用大学人才培养模式对我国地方院校转型的启示

The Revelation of German Applied University Talent Cultivation Model to the Transformation of Local Universities in China

德国工业曾引领全球发展,德国制造一度成为质量和信誉的代名词,无不体现着德国工程师的荣耀,而这一切都离不开德国应用科学大学对应用型人才的培养。德国应用型大学在课程设置、实践教学、校企合作模式等方面有着系统而独到的方式。在对德国部分应用科技大学的人才培养模式进行实地考察和学习的基础上,文章结合前人研究,对我国地方应用型院校转型提出了试点专业,先行先试;立足区域,做专做强;改变观念、加强校企合作;加强实践教学,加快"双师型"教师队伍建设的借鉴和启示。

German industry has led global development.German manufacturing has always been synonymous with quality and credibility.Reflecting the glory of German engineers,it is obvious that their success is inseparable from the training systems of applied talents in German universities.German applied universities have a systematic and unique approach in curriculum setting,practical teaching,and school-enterprise cooperation models.Based on the field investigation and research on the talent training mode of some applied science and technology universities in Germany,this paper puts forward the reference and enlightenment for the transformation of local application-oriented colleges in China.The measures are putting the pilot specialty to be tried firstly;strengthening the specialty based on the regional superiority;changing the idea to enhance the cooperation between schools and enterprises;and fortifying the practical teaching to speed up the construction of“double-qualified”teaching faculty.
