摘要
在民用飞机驾驶舱门的设计过程中,是否需要在驾驶舱门上安装驾驶舱门泄压板以满足在驾驶舱泄压情况下的最低安全性要求是驾驶舱门设计的重点之一。提出一种计算方法,通过对民用飞机增压舱进行区域划分,建立民用飞机增压舱的一维空气流通的数学模型,并在Matlab软件中对数学模型进行仿真计算,根据计算结果判断是否需要安装驾驶舱门泄压板。同时在此计算模型的基础上,提出驾驶舱门泄压板面积的计算方法,为民用飞机驾驶舱门泄压板的设计提供参考依据。
In the design of civil aircraft cockpit door,whether it is necessary to install pressure relief plates on the cockpit doors is one of the measures to ensure minimum safety requirements in case of cockpit pressure relief.A calculation method is proposed,the one-dimensional mathematical model of air flow in a civil aircraft pressure cabin is established by dividing the area of the pressure cabin.The mathematic model is simulated and calculated in Matlab software.According to the result of calculation,whether or not the cockpit door relief plate needs to be installed is judged.At the same time,on the basis of this calculation model,the calculation method of the area of the cockpit door relief plate is proposed,which provides a refer-ence for the design of the cockpit door relief plate of civil aircraft.
