基于LabVIEW的变压器运输在线监测系统设计

Design of transformer transportation on-line monitoring system based on LabVIEW

基于LabVIEW软件开发平台开发的在线监测变压器运输设备运行状态的管理系统,主要包括了控制台、通讯服务器、运输监测终端、本地操作工具、显示界面、手机服务器、手机终端以及短信猫等。其中通讯服务器通过TCP协议网络采集运输监测终端的数据并进一步上传至控制台,而本地操作工具用于拷贝和擦除终端数据。控制台将过滤解析后的数据存储至数据库并通过web发布到Internet上,同时将数据转为共享变量以供手机服务器调用,手机服务器通过TCP协议连接管理多个手机终端并提供数据查询功能。系统运用了物联网、TCP传输等关键技术,以数据传输模块和数据解析处理模块为中心,最终实现数据查询、超限报警等功能,提高了变压器运输质量和预警力度。

This system is an online monitoring management system of the transformer transportation equipment running status based on LabVIEW.It mainly includes control centre,communication server,transportation monitoring terminal,local opera-tion tool,display interface,mobile communication server,mobile terminal and short message cat.The communication server collects the data of the transportation monitoring terminal through the TCP protocol network and uploads it to the control cen-tre further,while the local operation tool is used to copy and erase the terminal data locally.The control centre will filter the parsed data and then store them in the database,and publish the data to Internet via the Web publishing,and convert data to shared variables for mobile communication server calls.The mobile communication manages multiple mobile terminals through TCP protocol and provides data query function.Taking data transmission module and data analysis and processing module as the centre,this system uses the internet of things,TCP transmission and other key technologies to realize data que-ry,over-limit alarm and other functions,which improves the quality of transformer transportation and early warning.
