摘要
研究围绕轨道交通对站点地区土地与空间使用分布的影响问题,以上海市中心城区为例,从整体上探讨了城市道路网络可达性、轨道站点位置、土地使用分布的关系。基于城市设计的视角,进一步选取核心城区10个典型轨道站点地区作为样本,对站点周围的空间使用功能分布与开发强度特征进行实证分析,并提出轨道站点地区空间使用的优化建议。
The research focuses on the impact of rail transport on the distribution of land and space utilization in the station area.Take the downtown area of Shanghai as an example;the relationships among urban road network accessibility,rail station location and land utilization distribution are discussed.Based on the perspective of urban design,10typical rail transit station areas in the core urban area were further selected as samples to conduct the empirical analysis for the utilization functional distribution and development intensity characteristics of the space around the site,and the optimization suggestions for space utilization in the rail transit station area were proposed.
