Common Problems and Safety Management of Thermal Insulation Mortar System for Exterior Wall

上海市外墙保温材料主要以无机保温砂浆为主。近年来,因气候、材料、设计、施工等方面的因素,外墙外保温系统出现脱落等质量问题,特别是无机保温砂浆外墙外保温系统,发生质量问题的比例较高。文章结合工程实例,分析无机保温砂浆系统损坏原因,提出安全管理措施,为现有无机保温砂浆系统的修缮、安全使用提供实施依据。

The thermal insulation materials of exterior wall in Shanghai are mainly inorganic thermal insulation mortar.In recent years,due to the factors such as climate,materials,design,construction,etc.,the thermal insulation system of exterior wall was subject to falling off and other quality problems,especially the inorganic thermal insulation mortar used for exterior wall's thermal insulation system,its proportion of quality problems is relatively high.Combining engineering examples,this article analyzed the causes of the inorganic thermal insulation mortar system damage,and proposed the safety management measures to provide implementation basis for the repair and safe use of the existing inorganic thermal insulation mortar system.
