长兴吊瓜籽油脂肪酸组成分析和毒理学初步评价 被引量:1

Fatty Acid Composition Analysis and Toxicology Preliminary Evaluation of Trichosanthes Bracteata Seed Oil

摘要 对长兴吊瓜(Trichosanthes bracteata)籽油中脂肪酸组分进行了分析,并对其食用安全性进行了毒理学评估。吊瓜籽油经甲酯化处理后采用气质联用(GC-MS)对其脂肪酸组分进行了分离、并通过质谱数据库检索和标准品对照对其主要脂肪酸进行定性分析,采用气相色谱(GC-FID)对这些脂肪酸组分进行定量测定。通过小鼠试验进行毒理学评价,包括小鼠急性经口毒性试验和慢性毒性三项。结果表明,吊瓜籽油中脂肪酸主要有油酸、亚油酸、栝楼酸等7种,不饱和脂肪酸含量达89. 9%,其特有的栝楼酸(十八碳三烯酸)达25.4%。毒理学试验结果显示LD_(50)值高达40 mL/kg以上,慢性毒性三项试验的结果均为阴性,表明吊瓜籽油实际无毒。可见,富含栝楼酸的吊瓜子油有望开发成新资源食品。 The fatty acid composition of the seed oil of Trichosanthes bracteata was analyzed and the toxicological evaluation of its food safety was performed.After the methyl esterification of the melon seed oil,the fatty acid components were separated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS),and the main fatty acids were qualitatively analyzed by mass spectrometry database search and standard control,using gas chromatography ( GC-MS)method..The results showed that the fatty acids in the melon seed oil mainly contained 7 kinds of oleic acid,linoleic acid and linoleic acid.The results showed that the content of unsaturated fatty acids reached to 89.9%,the unique trichosanic acid is 25.4%. Crude oil of ‘Changxing Trichosanthes' seed was filtered to conduct continuous toxicological evaluation test,including mouse acute oral toxicity test and three chronic toxicity tests,the results showed that the LD50 value was was as high as 40 mL/kg or more,the results of three chronic toxicity tests were negative,which indicated that the oil was practically non-toxic.Therefore,‘Changxing Trichosanthes’seed oil is expected to be developed as a new resource food.
