Research Development of Relationship Among Mechanical Characteristic of Grain Particles and Its Broken Phenomena

文章阐述了粮食受外载荷作用后所反映的力学特征及反映化学、物理结构的理化品质两方面特性与粮食破碎之间的关联性。指出了研究粮食不同特性与粮食破碎关联性之间关系的实验手段、实验方法及结论。对研究粮食的破碎与力学特性有指导意义。

This paper demonstrates the mechanical characteristic reflected by grains upon the external loading,which also reflects the relationships among grain broken phenomena,and physical and chemical quality.Test methods and experimental results about association study between grain different characteristics and grain broken rate are introduced,which has certain guiding meaning for researching grain broken phenomena and mechanical characteristics.
