关于财政支持产业扶贫的调研与思考

Research and Investigation on Financial Support for Industrial Poverty Alleviation

产业脱贫是中国特色扶贫模式的重要特征,财政支持贫困地区产业发展,对于推进农业和农村经济结构调整,拓宽贫困群众增收路径,实现持久稳定脱贫,具有重大的现实意义。本文以2015—2017年来应城市财政支持产业扶贫工作现状、取得的成效和存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的对策建议。

Industrial poverty alleviation is an important feature of the poverty alleviation model with Chinese characteristics.Financial support for industrial development in poor areas is of great practical significance for advancing the structural adjustment of agriculture and rural economy,broadening the income path of poor people,and achieving sustained and stable poverty alleviation.This article analyzes the current situation,achievements and existing problems of industry poverty alleviation work supported by urban financial from2015to2017,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
