This paper elaborated the social production demands for the automatic ceramic tile packaging machine,analyzed the packaging process of the existing ceramic tiles,and put forward the mechanism design and implementation method of the automatic tile packaging machine.Analyzed and described the unique mechanism that can complete the wrapping function of ceramic tiles carton stock,introduced its structural characteristics,functions and features,explained its working principle in detail;explained the composition and characteristics of the electrical control system of the wrapping mechanism of carton stocks.Proved the feasibility and superiority of automatic ceramic tile packaging machine,which has a certain reference value and guiding significance for the design and production of the like ceramic tile packaging machinery products.
