基于遥感数据的工业区绿色发展指数研究初探 被引量:1

摘要 随着环境政策的不断出台,传统工业聚集区向生态工业聚集区转变成为一种必然趋势,针对工业聚集区是否符合环境可持续发展要求的评价方法也必然成为一种需求。本文基于遥感数据,提出了一种针对工业聚集区环境绿色发展程度的评价方法,旨在为工业聚集区的动态发展进行快速地有效评估。本文从土地利用、土地利用变化、植被覆盖以及工业结构形态等四个方面构建了工业聚集区绿色发展指标体系,并明确了计算方法。分别选取南京、武汉、重庆的三个典型工业集聚区为研究对象,对其绿色发展程度进行了评价实验。结果表明:重庆、武汉、南京的三个典型工业聚集区得分分别是6. 29、5. 70、4. 79,一定程度上与各工业区工业结构、土地利用方式等因素相关,其得分对其工业发展绿色程度具有一定指示性。 With the coming out of environmental policy,it has been an inevitable trend that the traditional clusters turn into environment friendly clusters,and the method that evaluates the degree of environmental sustainable development of the clusters will be a certain demand.To provide effective evaluation for the dynamic development of industrial zone,the paper raised a method to evaluate the degree of environmental green development for the industrial clusters,based on remote sensing data.The research constructed the green development index,and cleared the calculation method from the following four aspects:the land use,land use change,vegetation coverage and industrial structure.And three typical industrial clusters were selected to do demonstrate evaluation about their green development,the tree clusters especially are Chongqing,Wuhan,Nanjing.The result showed that the green development score of the Chongqing,Wuhan,Nanjing typical industrial clusters were6.29,5.70,4.79especially.To some extent,the result is related closely with its factures,such on industrial structure,land use type,the score has certain indication to its industrial green development.
