Review of Research on Atmospheric Environment Bearing Capacity in China

大气环境的承载力是环境影响评价与大气环境治理中的重要组成部分,也是保证资源环境建设和区域可持续发展的关键。本文阐述了大气环境承载力的概念与内涵,辨析了大气环境承载力和大气环境容量的区别,特别总结了当前大气环境承载力的评价方法,指出了当前大气环境承载力研究的不足,提出了未来大气环境承载力研究的主要方向,以期为大气环境承载力的研究提供理论基础与信息依据。

The bearing capacity of the atmospheric environment is an important part of environmental impact assessment and atmospheric environmental governance,and it is also the key to ensuring the construction of resources and environment and regional sustainable development.Here we elaborated the concept and connotation of atmospheric environmental bearing capacity,analyzed the differences of atmospheric environment capacity and atmospheric environmental bearing capacity.In particular,we summarized the current assessment methods for atmospheric environmental bearing capacity.Finally,we pointed out the current lack of research on atmospheric environmental bearing capacity and proposed the main direction of future atmospheric environmental bearing capacity research.We expect to provide theoretical basis and information basis for the study of atmospheric environmental bearing capacity.
