摘要 本研究建立了针对车内气味进行溯源的方法体系,重点包括整车及零部件气味物质检测方法,基于嗅觉阈值和韦伯-费希纳定律的整车重点气味物质筛选方法,零部件与整车气味匹配度分析方法等。利用该方法对某车型进行气味溯源,找到了引起车内气味的重点气味物质和气味高危零部件,展示了该方法在实际气味溯源方面的应用,为主机厂管控车内气味提供了科学的方法。 In this study,a method of odor source analysis in vehicles was established,which mainly includes the odor detection method of vehicles and components,the screening method of key odor materials based on olfactory threshold and weber-fisher's law,and the analysis method of the odor matching degree of vehicles and components.The key odor materials and odor high-risk components were found out through this method,explaining the application of this method in practice.This research provided a scientific method for automobile enterprises to control odor in vehicles.
