子女数量、养老担忧与养老方式偏好探索

Study on the Number of Children,Old-age Worry and Preference about the Way of Aged Care

子女数量是决定老年人获得养老支持的关键因素,不同子女数量的老年人对未来的养老担忧、养老方式的偏好会做出不同的判断与选择。通过对12651份有效问卷分析发现,大部分老年人的首要养老担忧是医疗费用,最偏好的养老方式仍是家庭养老。影响老年人做出判断的关键因素是子女数量,无子女和独生子女老人最担心照料问题,更倾向社区居家养老的方式;2-3个子女的老人最担心医疗费,对机构养老的偏好程度最低;6个及以上子女的老人最担忧生活费与孤独,较偏好机构养老的方式。

The number of children is a key factor in determining about the elderly?s support for retirement.Old people with different numbers of children will make different judgments and choices about their future concerns and their preferences about the way of aged care.Through the analysis of 12,651 valid questionnaires,it is found that the majority of elderly people*s primary concern for agede care is medical expenses,and the most preferred way of aged care is family care.The key factors affecting the elderly to make judgments are the number of children.Old people with no children and one-child children are most worried about the care is sues.They are more inclined to chooset aged care in the community.Older people with 2-3 children are most worried about medical expenses and less preferences for institutional care.Old people with 6 or more children are most concerned about living expenses and loneliness,and most prefer institutional care.
