摘要
本文从中外档案利用服务的法制建设概况入手,比较中外档案利用服务法制建设的内容特点的异同;并借鉴国外优点,提出我国档案利用服务法制建设的完善建议。
This paper starts with the general situation of the legal system construction of archives utilization service in China and foreign countries,and compares the differences and similarities of the con.tents of archives utilization service in China and foreign countries.The paper also puts forward some suggestions to improve the construction of our country's archives by using the service legal system for reference.
