SWOT Analysis of Athletes' Cross-term Selection in China's Ice and Snow Projects Under the New Opportunity

冰雪项目运动员跨项选材是2022年北京冬奥会工作的重要任务,已成为加快冰雪人才队伍建设,充分挖掘运动员竞技能力,实现运动员自身价值,力争在本土征战创造出优异成绩等因素的当务之急。为此,基于当前我国冰雪项目运动员跨项选材的形势特征,运用SWOT分析方法,针对我国冰雪项目运动员跨项选材的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行综合分析。研究发现:我国冰雪项目跨项选材发展优势集中体现在相同项群之间可转换,培养周期较短;劣势表现在专项技术能力不足,缺乏专项心理素质;机遇是国家出台相应的政策保障,冰雪项目跨项选拔引进高科技;当前面临的挑战为世界强国优势项目的分布,我国自身所存在"冰强雪弱"的特征。

The selection of athletes in the ice and snow project is an important task of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.It has become a factor in accelerating the construction of the ice and snow talent team,fully tapping the athletes'athletic ability,realizing the athletes'own value,and striving to create outstanding achievements in the local battle.It is imperative.To this end,based on the current situation of the selection of athletes in China's ice and snow project,the SWOT analysis method is used to comprehensively analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the selection of athletes in China's ice and snow projects.The study found that the development advantages of cross-item selection in China's ice-snow project are concentrated in the same item group,and the training period is short;the disadvantage is that the special technical ability is insufficient and the special psychological quality is lacking;the opportunity is the corresponding policy guarantee issued by the state,the snow and ice project Cross-item selection and introduction of high-tech;the current challenge is the distribution of the world's strong countries'superior projects,and China's own characteristics of"ice and snow weak".
