Study on Non-landing Drilling Fluid Technology in South Sulige Block

介绍了苏南区块清洁生产的亮点以及钻井液不落地技术的工艺流程、设备和人员配置等。现场应用结果表明,该套钻井液不落地技术具有固液分离彻底、岩屑干燥总量少、现场标准化建设好等优点,但存在地埋罐容积偏小、钻井液不落地设备班饱和处理量偏小的问题;提出加大地埋罐容积(与钻井队锥形罐容积相匹配)、增加压滤机功率和提高钻井液不落地人员素质的改进方向。

This paper introduces the features of the cleaning production in South Sulige Block and the process,equipment and personnel allocation of non-landing drilling fluid technology.Field application shows that this technology has the advantages of thorough solid-liquid separation,less cuttings and good field standardization.However,the volume of buried tank is small,the treatment amount of treating equipment is small as well.Therefore,the developing suggestions of increasing the volume of buried tank,increasing the power of filter press and improving the peopleware were proposed.
