地方高水平理工科大学建设的目标定位与路径选择——基于东莞理工学院的实践探索

Construction of Local High Level Science and Engineering University Target Location and Path Selection—— Based on the Practice and Exploration of Dongguan University of Technology

在我国实施创新驱动战略和"双一流"大学建设的背景下,广东省自2016年开始大力推进地方高水平理工科大学建设。东莞理工学院建设高水平理工科大学的实践,对地方高水平理工科大学的"地方性、应用性、引领性和理工科特色优势"四个内涵特征及其着力"地方特色、应用型、同类一流和理工科优势"四大建设的目标定位和实施"五大工程"的路径选择进行了比较系统的理论与实践探讨。

Under the background of implementing innovation-driven strategy and"double first-class"university construction in China,Guangdong Province has vigorously promoted the construction of local high level science and engineering universities since 2016.This paper discusses the four connotative characteristics of"leading and the advantage of science and engineering"in Dongguan Polytechnic University,and puts forward the target orientation of"local characteristic,applied,similar first-class and advantage of science and engineering"construction and the path choice of implementing"five major projects"in theory and practice.
