学科核心素养对中小学教师培训有效性的影响探析 被引量:1

摘要 核心素养时代下,教师在学生核心素养培养过程中起着纽带和桥梁的作用,意味着中小学教师培训迎来新的挑战。面对传统教师培训在目标设定、内容选取、模式设置等方面存在的不足,提出实现教师培训有效性的变革理念。未来教师培训工作从教师对学科核心素养的基本认识出发,全面推进教师培训模式的转型与创新,并提出相关策略的探讨,如提高教师培训精准度、创新培训内容、构建多样化培训形式、建立训后持续机制等,以进一步凸显核心素养对教师培训有效性实现的影响。 In the era of core literacy,teachers play a link and bridge in the process of cultivating students'core literacy,which means that the training of primary and secondary school teachers will meet new challenges.Facing the shortcomings of the traditional teacher training in the aspects of target setting,content selection,and pattern setting,the paper puts forward the idea of changing the effectiveness of teacher training.In the future,teachers'training,starting from the basic understanding of teachers'core literacy of disciplines,comprehensively promoting the transformation and innovation of teacher training model,and puts forward relevant strategies,such as improving the accuracy of teacher training,innovating training content,building diversified forms of training,and establishing the continuing mechanism after training,to further highlight the impact of core literacy on the effectiveness of teacher training.
