摘要
随着多元文化思潮在教育领域的广泛影响与不断渗透,教师文化体系建构的需求日益凸显。教师在做文化选择时应明确教师作为"完整的人"的内涵,在不断自我反思及教学实践中共享价值和信念,以动态方式回应和选择文化,将本土知识融入教育情境中,逐渐消除文化隔阂。教师文化建构伴随着多元文化教育实践,不断实现共存共生,进而走向文化自觉。
With the wide influence and infiltration of multi-cultural thoughts in the field of education,the need for the construction of teachers'cultural system has become increasingly prominent.Teachers should make clear the connotation of cultural choice,share values and beliefs in self-reflection and teaching practice,respond and choose culture in a dynamic way,integrate local knowledge into educational situations,and gradually eliminate cultural barriers.The construction of teacher culture is accompanied by the practice of multi-cultural education,constantly realizing coexistence and harmony,and then moving towards cultural consciousness.
