摘要
根据装配式建筑的发展历程,阐述了装配式建筑的优势。通过对造价成本因素的分析,找出了制约装配式建筑发展的主要原因,进而提出装配式建筑成本降低的措施。
According to the development process of assembly buildings, this paper expounds their advantages. Through the analysis of cost factors,this paper discusses the main reasons that restrict the development of such buildings,and then puts forward the measures to reduce their cost.
