辐流沉淀池薄壁堰槽和刮泥装置结构优化

摘要 近年来辐流沉淀池废水处理工艺广泛应用于各类砂石加工及污水处理系统工程中,但堰槽系统采用悬壁微型钢筋混凝土结构,工艺复杂,施工难度及资源投入大。为进一步改进辐流沉淀池施工技术,文章结合巴基斯坦卡洛特水电站砂石加工系统水处理施工经验,分析了薄壁堰槽和刮泥装置各自的工艺特点,通过工程实例对辐流沉淀池堰槽和刮泥装置的优化与运用进行了分析总结,具有一定的实用性,可供其它类似工程借鉴。 In recent years,radial flow sedimentation pond wastewater treatment technology has been widely applied in various dinas processing and sewage treatment systems.But in the weir trough system,due to its adaptation of cantilever micro reinforced concrete structure,its processing became more complex,its construction more difficult and it demands more resources.In order to further improve the radial flow sedimentation pond construction technology,this paper in the light of the experience of water treatment in dinas processing system of Karot hydropower station in Pakistan,analyses the technical characteristics of the thin-wall weir trough and mud scraping installations,and the radial flow sedimentation pond.Taking a practical projectas an example,this paper has analyzed and summarized the optimization design and application of radial flow sediment pond and mud-scraping devices,which have certain practicability and can offer references for other similar projects.
