塔式光热电站设计标准建筑部分编制思路

Writing Thoughts for Building Provisions in Code for Design of Solar Tower Thermal Power Plant

吸热塔、熔融盐储存间、熔融盐泵房等建筑是塔式太阳能电站具有特定功能的工业建筑,现行国家标准对这些建筑的疏散设计、电梯选择等内容均没有针对性指导条文。文章从标准参编者的角度解读近期新发布的国家标准《塔式太阳能光热发电站设计标准》相关内容的编制思路,以便于设计人员及相关单位理解条文含义,更好地执行标准。

Solar power tower,molten salt storage house and molten salt pump building are industrial buildings with particular functions in solar tower thermal power plant.In current national standards,there are no definite guiding provisions on evacuation design,elevator selection and other items about these buildings.The national standard Code for Design of Solar Tower Thermal Power Plant has been issued recently.From a contributor’s perspective,this paper presents the writing thoughts on the relevant content in the standard,with the purpose of helping project designers and related institutions understand meanings of the provisions and better execute on the standard.
