基于扎根理论的员工流失影响因素分析——以S展销馆为例

摘要 自从我国建设市场经济体制以来,中小型私企迅速发展并逐渐壮大,成为市场经济的重要组成部分,但由于中小企业内部以及外部环境的影响,员工流失情况愈演愈烈,甚至威胁到企业生存。本文的分析对象S展销馆作为创业期企业,在留住人才方面存在诸多不足,员工流失数量呈现有增无减的趋势,这在很大程度上阻碍了其发展。根据扎根理论,本文将对该馆的人员流失调查结果从三个维度进行分析,按照开放式编码、关联式编码以及核心编码三个步骤,总结出S展销馆员工流失的影响因子主要有三个:个人层面、组织层面以及环境层面,并根据马斯洛需求层次理论提出相应的解决对策,以期可以帮助同类企业解决类似问题。 Since the building up of market economy in China,middle-and-small-scaled private companies are becoming more and more stronger and become a significant part of market economy.But due to some factors in internal and external environment in those companies,employee turnover is more and more serious,even threatening the existence of those companies.In this paper,S Exhibition Shop,as the analytical object,is a company still in a newly establishing stage.It is not easy to retain talents and staff turnover has a tendency to drop abidingly.Based on Grounded Theory,the paper makes a related analysis on employee wastage in this company from three angles.Following three steps(open coding,associated coding,core coding),the paper makes an summary about the influential factors from individual,organizational and environmental level,and puts forward helpful solutions based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.
