全专业三维协同设计在抽水蓄能电站中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 抽水蓄能电站工程是一项复杂浩大的系统工程,所涉专业有20余个,包括坝工、引水、厂房、建筑、水机、电一、电二、给排水、暖通、金属结构等,不仅各专业自身的系统较为复杂,而且在同一空间内进行各专业结构、设备、管路的协同配合布置的工作量和难度巨大。鉴于这些特性,三维协同设计在抽水蓄能电站中得到了广泛应用,实现了设计阶段的三维协同设计、竣工阶段的数字化移交和运维阶段的数字化管理,在三维设计建模、协同设计流程、三维校审方法、三维出图技巧等方面具有突出创新,并将三维数字化模型扩展至CAD/CAE一体化分析、全生命周期管理应用中。 The pumped storage power station is a huge and complicated project,involving around 20 disciplines.The participating majors include dam design,steel structure,water diversion,architecture,strong and weak electricity,water supply and drainage,heating and ventilation.Not only the systems of every field are complicated,but also the collaborative arrangement of structure,equipment,pipeline in each major in the same space are difficult.Because of these features,3D collaborative design has been widely used in pumped storage power station,achieved3D collaborative design in the design phase,digital handover in the completion phase,and digital management in the operation and maintenance phase.Furthermore,outstanding innovation is realized in3D design modeling,collaborative design process,3D checking method,3D plotting technique,etc.In addition,the3D digital model is extended to integrated analysis of CAD/CAE as well as the management in full life cycle.
