摘要
在经济结构和产业结构不断优化的新形势下,货运需求总量、需求结构和服务品质要求均发生深刻变化,响应快、时效高、智能化、一站式的货运需求对铁路货物运输服务水平和质量提出新要求。为适应市场需求变化,通过分析铁路货运服务创新,分析铁路货运服务创新的影响因素,从货运产品优化、服务方式优化、应用技术创新和服务集成优化4个方面,探讨铁路货运服务创新优化策略,加快铁路货运向现代物流转型,打造铁路现代物流品牌展。
The demand for prompt,efficient,intelligent and one-stop freight transportation services calls for improvement in quality when profound changes are taking place with the total demand for freight transportation,the demand structure and the service quality brought by the ongoing economic and industrial restructuring in China.To understand the market demand better,this paper has studied the factors influencing innovations in railway freight services.Aiming at branding modern railway logistics services through industrial transformation into modern logistics,this paper has put forward the upgrading strategies in 4 areas:freight transportation products,service modes,applied technologies and integrated services.
